Conditions of Dinsdale Embroideries
Prices
We shall endeavour to
keep our prices as quoted. However they may be subject to change without
notice.
Small order surcharge
Orders
under £10.00 are subject to a £1.00 surcharge.
Packaging and Delivery
Costs for packaging and delivery are as follows.
UK Destinations
£1.50 for goods up to £10
£2.50 for goods between £10 and £20
£4.00 for goods between £20 and £40
£5.50 for goods between £40 and £60
£6.50 for goods above £60
For destinations outside the UK
£5.00 for goods up to £40
£7.00 for goods between £40 and £70
£9.00 for goods between £70 and £100
£13.00 for goods above £100
Goods will normally be dispatched within 28 days of
receipt of order. Please include an e-mail address and telephone number in
case of queries regarding your order. We reserve the right to refuse delivery
of part or all of an order, in which case, part or all of any payment received
will be refunded.
Goods are traded under English law.
Return of goods
You may
return the goods within 7 days and cost of goods, excluding postage, will be
refunded, provided they are returned in excellent condition. However, fabric
and threads which have been cut to order are not returnable.
Payments via the Internet are accepted using Visa,
Mastercard, Euro Card, Delta and Switch using the WorldPay secure server.
Cards will be debited in UK Sterling.
If you wish to post your order, print the order form
from the website and enclose it with your payment. Payments should be made by
cheque or money order in UK Sterling and made payable to 'Dinsdale
Embroideries'. Goods will be dispatched on clearance of cheque.

confidential and are not passed on to any third parties.
